Merumatta Senggigi Lombok

Grounds of the hotel were beautiful . Every staff member was friendly and polite.

My hubby and I stayed at Merumutta for 11days, we had a very relaxing time, the staff were so friendly and helpful The housekeeping staff kept our room cleaned every day, the management are very professional helped me organise a surprise bday cake and sing happy bday for mhubby which was wonderful. Breakfast has more then enough to choose from, except less Indonesian and more Western foods would be great. The grounds are kept so clean, everyday . We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back, except this time we will catch ferry from Sengiggi just in front of the resort.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Food is excellent, location is great, but it's the staff that will make you want to return. Welcoming, helpful, and caring. Juni, at the Sunset Bar bought me an adapter on her day off because I'd forgotten to bring one. Ayudek at the coffee outlet brought me a special coffee her mother had ground because I'd mentioned it the day before. Everyone from the drivers to the trainees - Made at Sunset Bar - were exceptional.

We booked the sea-view room and the room location was fantastic, facing the sunrise. It was also nice to hear the calming waves in the morning, from the room balcony. The Italian restaurant was also a perfect place to have dinner during sunset, so you get both sunrise and sunset at this resort. Staffs were very friendly and helpful and the whole area is tranquil and serene.

Our family of 4 (adults) very much enjoyed our 9 day stay, we would all like to go back in the future. The rooms aren’t the most new and luxurious, but still nice. Everything else was great. Lovely staff, amazing sea views and gardens and good buffet breakfast. It was a bonus to access some good snorkelling on the hotel doorstep (the southern side of the point), as well as a nice little surf break ideal for beginners.
